Cancellation Policy

Payment & Cancellation Policy We accept cash, check, credit card, or debit card to reserve and pay for your BEAT Stage Company booking. A non-refundable deposit (amount specified in your booking agreement) is required to secure your reservation. Cancellations by the client will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Final payment is due by the day of the event or service. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 72 hours is subject to availability and may incur a fee. Returned Checks Any returned checks due to insufficient funds will incur a $35 returned check fee. Travel Surcharge A travel surcharge may be applied for locations more than 25 miles travel distance. Surcharge details will be provided during the booking process. Weather Policy Our programs are designed to adapt to indoor spaces when possible. In cases of severe weather (lightning, flooding, extreme winds, snow/ice storms), BEAT Stage Company reserves the right to reschedule services to ensure the safety of participants and staff. Clients may request rescheduling due to weather with at least 12 hours’ notice prior to the event start time. No rescheduling fee will be charged for weather-related changes. Supervision of Minors A parent, guardian, or responsible adult must be present and available at the event location for all youth-oriented services. BEAT Stage Company staff are facilitators, not supervisors. Damage & Liability BEAT Stage Company is not responsible for property damage during on-site events, including damage to grounds, structures, or equipment. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe, appropriate environment for all activities. Clients may be charged for damage to BEAT Stage Company equipment resulting from careless or intentional actions by event participants. BEAT Stage Company and its staff assume no liability for personal injuries sustained by clients, guests, or participants during services. All liability rests with the client/host. Photography & Media BEAT Stage Company may take photos or videos of events, lessons, or residencies for promotional purposes. These may be shared on our website, social media, or marketing materials. If you do not wish to have photos taken or shared, please notify us in writing prior to your event. We encourage clients to tag us on social media when sharing their own photos of BEAT Stage Company experiences.
